Train-the-Trainer

Intelligo offers 2 to 3 day session workshops to provide your own trainers and SMEs with solid foundations of skills and practical, hands-on experience, needed to effectively train end-users in your enterprise software. These Train-the-Trainer sessions teach your employees how to:

		Teach classes, using adult learning theory and best practices for organizational change
		Use the training materials that Intelligo tailored to your specific business practices
		Field student questions with confidence
		Be self-sufficient in identifying representative examples and scenarios, and setting up training data

We show your Train-the-Trainer workshop participants how a typical user classroom session is taught by simulating a shorter version of an actual class using examples of actual training materials tailored to your organization. We then provide the opportunity for each participant to practice presenting the training material, practicing with a one-on-one approach with another student. Participants then co-teach in teams of two in front of the entire class. We provide feedback and suggestions for improvement, while the students learn effective training techniques.
