Intelligo works with you to design a detailed documentation, training, and performance support strategy that fits your organization and that meets the needs of its users. We use our extensive training experience and automated tools to identify user groups and then analyze each user group's needs. Using the Intelligo Advantage Scheduler™ we can quickly match user roles to detailed curriculum, and identify whether each piece of the curriculum can best be delivered by Web-based training, classroom training, or a mix.
We also identify any technical or regulatory constraints on the documentation format or medium, or on the training and performance support delivery and tracking. If classroom training is a component of your training effort, we help you design a workable schedule for your end-users, based on the number of users, the available facilities, and the time available to train.
At the end of our Needs Assessment, Intelligo provides you with a High-Level Strategy document. It summarizes the information we gather during our visit, and lays out a preliminary strategy for your documentation, training, and on-the-job performance support effort. The document includes such things as:
| A preliminary role-mapping matrix, with an estimate of the number of hours of training required by each user group, and key tasks to be trained | |||
| Recommendations on whether training for each user group should be delivered via classroom, Web, or a blend of both | |||
| Recommendations on classroom facilities and intranet infrastructure that will be required to support the recommendations for training | |||
| A high-level change management strategy and identification of key areas of change | |||
| An on-the-job performance support strategy for the organization, following go-live | |||
If your organization is already "live" on an application, and you are dealing with high turnover, mergers or acquisitions, or other organizational changes, the document will also include recommendations for the following:
