Our consultants provide training onsite at your facility. We partner an Intelligo consultant, who leads the class, with a client Subject Matter Expert who provides business process information when needed. We deliver the hands-on portion of the course using a training environment on your system with your data.

Live On-Line training cuts travel expenses, minimizes work place absences, and allows you to simultaneously train groups of people in geographically different locations.

Through discussions and demonstrations, your team will learn how to optimize their use of your system. Post-session homework will give your employees a chance for some hands-on practice.

We partner an Intelligo consultant, who facilitates the class on-line using onsite or remote access into your system and data, with client power users acting as teaching assistants in the remote locations. We deliver the hands-on portion of the course using your standard Oracle training environment and standard training data.

Intelligo can work with you to develop an E-Learning training solution to fit your needs. E-Learning is a flexible solution that blends well with other training strategies.

E-Learning tools, such as Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) and datango performance suite provide a repeatable, cost-effective way to train your employees. Using E-Learning tools, Intelligo creates specific transaction scenarios for each process for which you are training end users. The completed scenarios are then published. Intelligo's customized E-Learning training materials can be deployed on a server, or distributed on a disc to provide self-paced training.

We often recommend blending customized transaction scenarios into classroom or live on-line training when a dedicated training environment is not available or practical.

Most companies do not have enough professional trainers on staff to provide training for a full ERP implementation. To help meet your training needs, we provide Train-the-Trainer training.

Intelligo's Train-the Trainer provides not only the theory of training but also hands-on practice in presenting classroom training with our customized training materials. Based on Intelligo's training experience, we show your trainers the best methods to conduct a class. We also show your trainers how to:

  • Train using simulations or a training environment
