This 4 day hands-on training is conducted using the latest release of Oracle's User Productivity Kit (UPK). Participants will learn to develop content effectively using UPK to support your software implementation or upgrade. To provide a common experience for all students, web mail will be used to allow participants to record simulations of common transactions.

This course gives you hands-on experience with User Productivity Kit to build a comprehensive sample training courses using both instructional design and UPK best practices using real-world scenarios. You will not only be shown UPK's functionality, but how to use it effectively within your organization for optimal software training, on-the-job support as well as test script development. You will create, optimize, and publish UPK simulations and a variety of printed documentation, including Training Guides, Job Aids, and Test Scripts. We show participants how to use the full features of UPK to develop a single, rich and effective e-learning and support repository for all users.
